It sounds like collective efficacy is an issue for a director or program supervisor. How would they approach this? How do they know if someone feels they have efficacy or not?

Having a low TE doesn't mean you are right, right? You may still be effective, in general but believe you're not so good. Scores may not reflect the truth? (We are our own worst critics)
